Refund Policy

Unbreakable Bond Consulting LLC values transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Consultation & Appointment Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend a session, may result in the session being charged in full.

Project-Based Services

For project-based consulting services:

Refund eligibility is determined by project scope and progress
Payments covering work already completed are non-refundable
Partial refunds may be issued at UBC’s discretion for unused services

All project terms will be discussed and confirmed prior to service delivery.

No Guarantees of Outcome

Because consulting services are advisory in nature, refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, interpretations, or decisions made using provided insights.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If Unbreakable Bond Consulting must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
